He literally doesn't move onscreen, and yet, he's still one of my favorites of the main characters. He's such an antithesis that I can't help but find him hilarious. Especially when Lifty and Shifty use him to cool down their house, and HE FREEZES THE ENTIRE ROOM. DURING A HEAT WAVE. HOW!?

Also, he looks great in a tutu. XD
